We are seeking an expert Magento 2 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, an effective communicator, and has a talent for analysis and problem-solving. As a ParadoxLabs backend developer, you would be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing client sites, as well as performing new site builds, extension builds, feature requests, and integrations with third-party solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and seek to improve existing Magento 2 client sites
- Provide tier 2 extension support
- Build new Magento sites and features
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Integration with third-party software and services
- Document processes and outcomes of development efforts
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- Magento 1 or 2 Certified Developer
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented
- Talent for analysis and problem solving
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Ability to work independently – this is strictly a remote/work-from-home position
- Deep understanding of Magento architecture
- Knowledge of fundamental principles behind high-quality, scalable, and secure code
- Proficient with git, debugging, and other skills critical to the development process
